This issue usually occurs because the faculty member is classified as an administrative staff member rather than a faculty member in the central database of the Personnel Affairs Department. To resolve this issue, you can contact the Deanship of Faculty and Staff Affairs or the General Directorate of Information Technology through technical support.
Visit the Faculty Members' Websites section within the Faculty Members Services, then log in using the Single Sign-On account credentials (username and password). The website will be created immediately.

This is done by directing an official letter approved by the head or dean of the department containing all the employee's information to the General Directorate of Information Technology to grant the user all the necessary permissions to manage the department's website.
