    • Username: student_number@std.psau.edu.sa
    • Password: The same password used for the university account.

Requesting or changing an extension number is done by the designated coordinator in the department.

Network devices, including desk phones, are requested by the person authorized to "Request Material Release" in the department through the "Material Request Service" in the Resources system.

This can be done through the "QR Code" service.

Access the service through the following link: 2000.psau.edu.sa

Select "Electronic Management Systems" > "QR Code" > Request the service.

After logging in, the "Short Link" service will appear.

Enter the link to be shortened > Click on "Shorten."

This can be done through the "QR Code" service.

Select "Electronic Management Systems" > "QR Code" > Request the service.

Enter the link, text content, or upload the file > Create a QR code after selecting the appropriate colors and design.

Save the code in the required format.

Ensure your device does not have any Office versions other than Office 365, such as Office 2016.

Then, follow these steps:

Visit the Microsoft 365 website using the following link: office.com

Click "Sign In."

Enter your university email > Next.

Enter your university account password > Sign In.

Click on "Install and More" > Select "Install Microsoft 365 Apps."

From the list of Office devices and applications > Click on "Install Office."

Choose the language > Then click "Install Office."

This can be done through the "Electronic Signature" service.

Access the service through the following link: 2000.psau.edu.sa

Select "Electronic Management Systems" > "Electronic Signature Service" > Request the service.

Verify the information and make any necessary edits > Create the signature > Copy the formatting as required.

Then, log in to your email account and paste the formatting through the email signature settings.

This can be done through the "Website Content Management and Editing Permission" service.

Select "Permissions" > "Electronic Portals Permissions" > "Website Content Management and Editing Permission."

Enter the required information > Submit the request.

The request will be received and processed by the relevant personnel in the General Directorate of Information Technology after the necessary approvals.
