The university email format is as follows: Student ID number followed by the university domain for students.

Example: 446XXXXXX@std.psau.edu.sa

It takes between 1 and 7 business days.

The processing time ranges from 2 to 15 business days.

Access the 2000 platform using the following link: 2000.psau.edu.sa

Select "Technical Reports" > "Service Request."

Enter the required information, making sure to provide detailed information about the issue and attach a screenshot if available.

Click "Submit Request" (a confirmation will be sent via email).
