How can I add or remove permissions for a department's email user?
This can be done through the "Modify Email Permissions for Department" service.
Access the service through the following link: 2000.psau.edu.sa
Select "Permissions" > "Email Permissions" > "Modify Email Permissions for Department."
Enter the required information > Submit the request.
The request will be received and processed by the relevant personnel in the General Directorate of Information Technology after the necessary approvals.
