
Admission Criteria
Admission to Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University (PSAU) is based on criteria that reflect the university's commitment to attracting outstanding students. Applicants are evaluated according to the following:
Composite Score for Health and Science Majors:
- High School GPA Weight: 30%
- General Aptitude Test Weight: 30%
- Achievement Test Weight: 40%
The composite score is calculated as follows:
- Composite Score = (High School GPA × 0.30) + (General Aptitude Test Score × 0.30) + (Achievement Test Score × 0.40)
Equivalent Score for Humanities, Administrative, and Literary Majors:
- High School GPA Weight: 50%
- General Aptitude Test Weight: 25%
- Achievement Test Weight: 25%
The equivalent score is calculated as follows:
- Equivalent Score = (High School GPA × 0.50) + (General Aptitude Test Score × 0.25) + (Achievement Test Score × 0.25)
