
Introduction:
Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University offers a wide range of humanities and educational disciplines, with a significant number of esteemed faculty members and talented graduate students. Given the direct connection between Arabic publications and the national cultural framework, particularly in the fields of humanities and social sciences, the university places great emphasis on preparing and supporting Arabic research publications. This aligns with the university's vision and mission to contribute to building a scientifically enlightened and research-driven national identity while improving the quality and impact of research output.
This program is designed to encourage and enhance Arabic research and publication, aiming for higher quality and greater influence in these areas.
Objectives:
- Ensure high quality and rigor in research published in Arabic.
- Contribute to promoting Arabic-language research within Saudi Arabia.
- Highlight the advantages of publishing in Arabic, especially in the humanities and social sciences.
- Identify creative researchers from faculty and students in Arabic-language publications.
- Attract research projects with creative and unique proposals.
- Increase the university’s contributions to Arabic publications in the humanities and social sciences.

Funding Amount:
Up to 20,000 SAR.
Project Duration:
The timeline for preparing and publishing the research is twelve months.
Conditions and Regulations:
- The principal investigator must be a faculty member at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University.
- The research proposal, or any part of it, must not have been previously published or funded by any entity, inside or outside the university.
- The research must be published in a peer-reviewed journal in Saudi Arabia.
- Priority will be given to proposals that include an outstanding external researcher from within Saudi Arabia, considering the researcher's specialty and interests.
- The principal investigator must be affiliated with Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University.
- The plagiarism rate in the research proposal must not exceed 25%.
- Applications must be submitted through the university’s Scientific Research System on the main university portal.
