On Thursday, January 26, 2023, the President of the PSAU, Prof. Abdulrahman Al-Talhi, visited the Digital Content Center at the Deanship of IT and Distance Learning. He was accompanied by His Excellency the Vice President, Prof. Abdullah Al-Jumaa. They were received by Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Daej Dean of the deanship, the Vice Dean for E-Learning, Dr. Youssef Al-Harbi, and the Deanship officials.
At the beginning of the visit, Dr. Al-Daej welcomed the president and the vice president, then everyone toured the center and got briefed on its facilities and equipment. Dr. Al-Harbi gave a detailed explanation of the capabilities, resources, and equipment available in the center, and the services it provides to all university employees. Then, in the meeting room of the center, he reviewed the annual report of the deanship 2022 and the achievements, projects, and statistics it contained. Dr. Al-Daaj reviewed the guide to the main goals and projects of the deanship for the year 2023.
At the end of the meeting, the president and vice-president of the university received the annual report. Then the university president gave a speech in which he expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to all the employees of the deanship for the distinguished efforts made by the Deanship of IT and Distance Learning in the field of digital transformation in accordance with the aspirations of the university.
