Under the patronage of Prof. Abdulaziz Al-Hamid Rector of PSAU The Deanship of Student Affairs held a virtual party to celebrate the ninetieth Saudi National Day on the evening of Wednesday, 7/6/1442 AH.
The ceremony opened with a speech by the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Thallab Al-Shakrah, in which he mentioned that the nation today celebrates the ninety years of achievements, giving and development from the era of the founder, King Abdulaziz and passing through the righteous kings up to the prosperous era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Highness the Crown Prince His faithful era, the development that made man a goal and an intention.
Dr. Al-Shakrah stated that, under the direction of Rector, the Deanship of Student Affairs launched a package of programs and events targeting university students and the local community through the university's electronic platforms. Following that the speech Prof. Al-Hamid, on this occasion and the fragrant anniversary that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia celebrates every twenty-third of September of every year, which is the anniversary of the unification of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the hands of the late King Abdulaziz “Our country has transformed from poverty into wealth, from rivalry and estrangement into familiarity and love”.
Moreover, the university students also had a participation in this occasion, in which they expressed their pride and pride in their dear homeland, as they receive their support and interest to complete their educational career.
On the other hand, the Deanship of Student Affairs launched, on this occasion, a competition for university students entitled "Express Your Feeling about the Country", which contains six branches, in order to satisfy most of their hobbies and creativity.
