Deanship of Community Service and Continuous Education held on Tuesday 10, 6/2014 a training program titled “Special Service and Art of Dealing with the Public”. The training took place in the new training hall in Hedaia Building.
Dr. Khalid Ghemlas Dean of Community Service and Continuous Education said that this program is one of many non-profit programs that addressed to all community members. He added, this program targets government employees in order to raise their delivered services and their efficiency in dealing with the public. The training course delivered by Mr. Mohammad Shahri will last for three days, four hours for each day starting from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm.
Dr. Ghemlas noted that the course would discuss a number of topics such as public needs, the high standard service impact on public and on work, and impact of the employee behavior on him and on the service, besides dealing with ill-tempered public.
