Represented the Institute of Research and Consulting services, PSAU signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Public Prosecution at the Public Prosecution headquarter in Riyadh. The agreement was signed by Prof. Abdulaziz Al-Hamid Rector of PSAU and the Attorney General Sheikh Saud Al-Mujib.
The agreement comes within the framework of the Public Prosecution’s efforts to integrate with state institutions to achieve the requirements and objectives of Vision 2030, the agreement allows each party to benefit from the capabilities of the other party and promotes the exchange of experiences between them in the fields of training, qualification, consultations, studies, and research. On the sidelines of the signing of the agreement, the joint training halls were inaugurated. These halls were supervised by PSAU, represented by the Institute for Research and Consulting Services.
Rector stressed that this agreement comes in light of the university’s interest in participating in the development of the judicial process in the Kingdom represented by the Public Prosecution, and to benefit from the capabilities and human energies therein, in order to enhance joint cooperation to build a distinguished legal academic generation that serves its country.
Furthermore, Sheikh Al-Mujib said that the Public Prosecution aims from this new partnership, to raise the level of the training environment in the Public Prosecution by cooperating with this prestigious academic institution. In addition, it aims to contribute to the transfer of the public prosecution’s legal and judicial expertise to the studies and research centers at the university to help it in mixing its academic experiences with practical reality, which will lead to scientific outputs that benefit the student community and state institutions alike.
