PSAU colleges at Aflaj participated in local community celebrations on the inspection visit of HRH Prince Faisal Abdul Aziz Prince of Riyadh Region. He was received by Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Asimi Rector of PSAU, Dr. Musfir Kubairi General Supervisor of Aflaj Colleges, and a number of governmental officials.
HRH visit started by inaugurating Tree Week (4) titled “The Tree is Our Life”. Then, he headed the joint meeting of the local and municipality council. The meeting discussed the province needs.
Furthermore, HRH visited the exhibition of the Charity Association for Orphans Care titled “Human”, which is held in the college’s lobby. It contained the association projects and achievements. Later on, Prince Faisal moved to the celebration, which is held at the college’s theater. The celebration began by verses from the Holy Quran, followed by the province citizen’s speech. The celebration included Poems and Operetta. Then, HRH inaugurated some of the province’s projects, which included PSAU projects (College of Community and Public Parks- 296.191.417SAR-, Faculty Housing-145.243.331SAR- and the establishment of Sciences and Humanities Female Colleg-69.998.352SAR-).
At the end of the celebration, HRH delivered a speech delivering the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul Aziz to the province citizens. He added that his visit comes under the directions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in order to strength the cohesion and coherence with Aflaj citizens. Also, it aims to listen to their need and to deliver the best services to province citizens.
