Due to the importance of the investment value in human resources development to PSAU, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Asimi Rector of PSAU directed to train and develop a number of the university’s officials. The training was executed by the Deanship of Community Service and Continuous Learning. The deanship has determined the training requirements and categories according to management levels (Top management, medium management and execution management).
Dr. Khalid Ghemlas Dean of Community Service and Continuous Learning clarified that a total number of the beneficiaries was 290 employees. The total number of the programs was 17 training courses. Moreover, the programs included computer, management and secretary, besides self-development programs and English language basics.
It is worth mentioning, that these programs were funded by the deanship as a result of its awareness about social responsibility to the university.
