Directorate of Public Relations and Media at PSAU organized a greeting ceremony for the university’s members on the occasion of National Day and Eid Adha. The ceremony was held on Sunday 21, 12/1436H at the main lobby in the University City.
The directorate was keen to highlight the greeting ceremony that comes in conjunction with the National day. That day witnessed the announcement of Saudi Arabia Kingdom after unifying the kingdom parts in a modern state that carries the banner of Tawhid and Islam.
On this regard, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Asimi Rector of PSAU extended his greetings, the Saudi citizens and the university’s members to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul Aziz, Crown Prince and Deputy of Crown Prince. Rector pointed out that the celebration of the National day is a matter of pride and confidence. This blessed country holds the most honorable places in the world, where prosperity was launched to humanity by the Islamic nation. He donated the development witnessed by the kingdom since its establishment and the kingdom’s march toward finding a knowledge community.
Furthermore, Dr. Abdul Aziz Al Hammed Vice-Rector of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research congratulated the university’s members on Eid Adha and the national day. He pointed out that the Nation day comes this year in deferent circumstances and changes witnessed by the kingdom and other countries. These events prove to the citizens and to the world the stability of the kingdom’s concepts since its establishment, and its eagerness toward unification and defending of the holy places.
Moreover, Dr. Saleh Al Kahtani Vice-Rector of Development and Quality extended his greetings to the Saudi citizens in general and especially to the university’s members. He assured that this occasion urges us to strength kingdom’s unity and raise the youth on the kingdom love and loyalty. He pointed out that the existence of the two holy mosques in our country is a medal of honor in the chest of every citizen. Therefore, we have to express our hospitality to kingdom’s guests, who came from all over the world.
Dr. Abdul Rahman Khudairi Vice-Rector of Educational and Academic Affairs said that this day represents our appreciations and love to this holy land and the people responsible for its prosperity and stability. He added that the kingdom witnessed in the past few years big leaps toward civilization in all aspects and majors. Moreover, he congratulated all the Saudi citizens on this occasion.
In addition, Dr. Abdullah Jumaa Vice-Rector said that this occasion represented by the National day takes us back at the past fragrant and inspires us about the future horizon. He added since the unification of the kingdom we witness a qualitative advancement in all aspects, which makes us proud of it.
