Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Asimi Rector of PSAU inspected recently the university’s colleges in Aflaj Province. He was accompanied by Dr. Abdul Rahman Khudairi Vice-Rector of Educational and Academic Affairs and a number of Deans. This inspection tour came within his visit to graduate the sixth batch of Aflaj colleges’ students.
Rector inspection tour began with the College of Sciences and Humanities project, which has a total area of 86 600 square meters divided in to three floors each floor is 7860 square meters. The building capacity is two thousand student, besides the management staff.
Moreover, Rector discussed the contractor and the consulting office that supervises the project the workflow stages. Then, he stressed on the importance of delivering the project within the appointed date, with insuring the execution quality. Furthermore, he extended his thanks to the Department of Project Management for their continuous followk up to the university’s projects and their role in overcoming difficulties that face the projects. He also urged his Vices and Deans of the female college to provide the colleges’ needs as soon as possible.
Later on, Rector and his companions went to the province headquarter, where they were received by Mr. Zaid Hussein Governor of Aflaj Province. At the end their meeting, they went to attend the graduation ceremony that was held for students of the academic year 1435/1436H.
