Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Asimi Rector of PSAU paid inspection visit to the Education College in Addelam. Rector was accompanied by Dr. Abdullah Jumma Vice-Rector, Dr. Awad Quarni Supervisor of the University’s Projects and a number of the university’s officials.
At the beginning of his tour, Rector and his companions listened to a detailed brief about the final stages of the project delivered by the contractor. Then, Rector inspected the classrooms, educational labs, faculty members’ offices, amphitheater and the main restaurant, along with reception and waiting lounges. Moreover, Rector discussed many points with contractor, and he stressed on the importance of conducting some modifications that would provide a suitable academic and educational environment.
At the end of his visit, Dr. Al Asimi met with the project’s manager, technical and engineers, besides a number of the project’s contractors. He pointed out that these projects and achievements are launched by Allah blessing, and then by the efforts of the kingdom leadership, who did his best to support the education. Then, Rector stressed on the importance of deadline quality commitment. Furthermore, Rector urged his Vices and college’s deans to provide the college’s requirements each on his field. He also urged them to address any problems at firsthand to make sure that the buildings are ready to receive the students at the beginning of the academic year 1436/1437H.
In addition, Rector said that we are racing time to provide an ideal educational environment for the students; therefore, we have benefit from time and work hard. He added these hears are for hard work and achievements.
It is worth mentioning, that the total building space is 25 thousand square meters, and it contains 159 halls distributed as classrooms, labs and offices. It also contains multi-purpose halls, restaurant and theater.
