On Monday, 7/9/2023, The University Vice President, Dr. Raed Al-Yousef, received in his office at the University City, His Excellency Dr. Samer Al-Aqeel, the Assistant Secretary-General for University Affairs and Advisor to the Secretary-General of the Higher Education Fund.
At the outset of the meeting, the University Vice President welcomed the Fund's representative and expressed appreciation for this visit, aimed at discussing and activating areas of cooperation between the university and the Fund. He emphasized the university's commitment to benefiting from the services and programs offered by the Fund.
Following the welcome, a meeting was held under the leadership of the University Vice President. During the meeting, Dr. Samer Al-Aqeel provided an informative overview of the Fund and its strategic vision in enhancing the financial sustainability of universities. He highlighted the vital role of the Fund in financing university projects and explored ways to enhance cooperation with the Fund's partners in the education sector.
The meeting was attended by the General Manager of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the university, as well as several directors of supporting departments. Additionally, the university's Executive Director of the Student Fund participated in the meeting.
