Earlier this week, PSAU launched several training and development programs for government employees. The programs are provided by The Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh, at the Entrepreneurs Center on the main university campus in Al-Kharj.
The programs aim to develop the capabilities and skills of the national workforce, enabling them to perform their job roles efficiently and effectively, and improving their professional knowledge.
Enhancing the exchange of information, opinions, and ideas, and the transfer of experiences and knowledge were the main objectives of the memorandum of understanding between PSAU in Al-Kharj and the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh. It also aims to train and qualify national cadres in an effort to achieve integration and cooperation between the various government agencies in a way that qualifies its administrative human cadres and achieves excellence in performance.
