The President of PSAU, Prof. Abdulrahman Al-Talhi, signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation with H.E. Dr. Bandar Al-Sajan, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh. The agreement aims to enhance the cooperation between the university and the institute.
