Prof. Abdulrahaman Altalhi Rector of PSAU paid an inspection visit to the Covid-19 vaccination center at the University Hospital at Al-Kharj. He was accompanied by Dr. Mushari Osaimi Vice-Rector for Educational and Academic Affairs, and Dr. Bushra Al-Hamad Vice-Rector for Female Educational Affairs. They were received by Hospital CEO Dr. Nasser Addowsari and a number of the hospital’s leadership.
Rector was briefed on the equipment, organization, and progress of work in the center. He listened to a detailed explanation about the mechanism of work in it from the arrival of the beneficiary until his departure. The center is equipped with the best modern medical equipment, along with qualified medical personnel to receive those wishing to receive the vaccine. In addition, the center accommodates 7 medical rooms for vaccination equipped with the latest modern medical means, as well as specialized nursing staff.
Prof. Altalhi expressed his thanks and appreciation to the center's staff and the role they play in achieving the hoped-for goal of vaccinating all citizens and residents and providing health care to them.
The Covid-19Vaccine Center is making its integrated efforts with the Ministry of Health and Education within the national vaccination plan for university and public education employees before the beginning of the next academic year 1443 AH.
During Eid al-Adha holiday, the center continues to extend its daily working hours to receive male and female students and university’s employees daily, except on Friday from 8:30 am until 6:30 pm, through the Corona vaccine appointment service in the e-services portal
