On behalf of the Minister of Education, Chairman of the University Council, Prof Abdulrahman Altalhi Rector of PSAU, chaired the extraordinary session of the University Council today, Monday, 25/11/1442 AH.
The session was held remotely via video call, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Council of Universities Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Al-Saleh, the university’s deans. Rector thanked the leadership for their trust in appointing him as Rector to the University and then welcomed the members of the Council.
The session included a discussion of a number of important topics related to the university's restructuring, and a number of decisions of academic concern were taken. Prof. Altalhi stressed the importance of early preparation to receive male and female students at the beginning of the next academic year while taking all precautionary measures and early preparations to ensure the safe return to study seats.
