Within the efforts of the Community College in Al-Kharj, and in order to anticipate the opinion of officials at the university on the preparations made at the beginning of the academic year 1440H; the Community College in Al-Kharj was honored by the visit the Vice-Rector for Educational and Academic Affairs Dr. Musaed Al-Osaimi. He was received by the Dean of the College, Dr. Hamad Al- Qumaizi, the Vice-Deans of the College and the teaching and administrative staff.
The Dean of the College briefed Vice-Rector on the various preparations undertaken by the College in the process of strengthening the educational process and efforts at various levels to achieve them. He also briefed Vice-Rector on the laboratories equipped with the latest technology to serve the specialties of the College and supervised the placement test for English language students. Vice-Rector also toured the College to see all the equipment, both in the classroom and with regard to the support units such as the e-learning unit.
After that, Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs met with a segment of the college students. He answered their questions and listened to their suggestions. He added Rector always urges officials to improve the services provided to its students. Another meeting was held with department heads and department officials. At the outset of the meeting, he praised the efforts exerted by the faculty staff for the students.
At the end of the meeting, the Dean of the College thanked Dr. Al-Osaimi for this visit and for listening to students and faculty members and participating in the first week (Preparation Week) of the academic year prepared by the College for its students. Moreover, Dr. Qumaizi presented to the Vice-Rector some of the publications and reports of the College.
