Rector of PSAU, Prof. Abdulaziz Al-Hamid, held a meeting that included the Vice-Rectors, Deans of Colleges and Supporting Deans to discuss the university's preparation for the beginning of the academic year 1441H.
Prof. Al-Hamid started the meeting by congratulating everyone on the university's full academic accreditation for seven years and congratulating them on all the academic programs of the College of Applied Medical Sciences in Al-Kharj that received the academic accreditation.
After that, Rector touched on a number of important points that contribute significantly to the realization of the serious beginning of the academic year 1441H. The most important of these were: The importance of establishing an integrated plan for each dean defining the goals - educational and academic - which he seeks to achieve during this year. During the meeting the need to ensure the readiness of university buildings such as safety of air conditioning and commissioning those who follow up maintenance work in colleges and deanships and the readiness of the means of technology and the availability of student services that contribute directly to the creation of an ideal learning environment that provides efficient education for students.
He also stressed the need to hold meetings with students, to activate the academic guidance and to overcome obstacles that may face students during their university studies, besides, activating the website of colleges and deanships to support the student. At the end of the meeting, Al-Hamid stressed the importance of joining everyone in order to contribute to achieving the university's goals.
