Purchases Administration deals with all the procedures related to needs of the university’s sections and units. That would be achieved according to the government system of tenders and purchases.
The system procedures are divided into two purchasing methods as follows:
Direct purchase: by sending purchasing orders to specialist companies and institutions through e-mail or fax.
Bids: it is announced through local newspapers and Purchases Administration’s website.
