Terms of Bidding
1- Bidding fees paid by an endorsed check with Salman bin Abdul Aziz University. It also must indicate tender name and number.
2- Entering the bidding requires a letter indicates name of the representative authorized to receive the copy of terms, specifications and name of the tender. The following documents shall be attached with the letter:
- Copy of the Zakah and Income Certificates.
- Copy of the Commercial Register and Chamber of Commerce membership voucher.
- Classification certificate and a certificate form Bureau of Labor indicates your Saudization abiding.
- Copy of Social Insurance Certificate.
- All documents shall be valid.
3- Paying and receiving tender latter and handing the bidding shall be by Saudi representative.
Conditions that must be followed when submitting the offer:
1- Attaching Cover Letter indicates the total mounts and clarifying submitted items or all items.
2- Attaching Bank Guarantee by not less than 1% of the tender value and must be valid for a period not less than ninety days from the date of opening the envelopes.
3- Copy of the following documents:
- Copy of the Zakah and Income Certificates.
- Copy of the Commercial Register and Chamber of Commerce membership voucher.
- Classification certificate and a certificate form Bureau of Labor indicates your Saudization abiding.
- Copy of Social Insurance Certificate.
4- The Bidding Letter must be handed in two sealed envelopes, one contains the original Bidding Letter and the other one contains two copy of the Bidding Letter.
5- No Bidding Letter shall be received after 01:00pm of the tender’s last day.
6- A Saudi representative required to hand the Bidding Letter and to attend envelops opening session. However, the representative absence does not give you the right to inquire about the submitted rates. You can find the submitted rates in the university website and the Department’s bulletin board.
