On Monday 16, 5/2022, H.H. Princess Nourah Bint Mohammad Bin Saud wife of Riyadh Prince sponsored the graduation ceremony of 3653 female students of PSAU, which is the thirteenth batch for the bachelor's degree, the fourth batch for the diploma degree, and the fifth batch for the master's degree. She was received by Dr. Bushra Al-Hammad Vice-President for Female Student Affairs.
The ceremony began with the royal anthem, then the introduction to the ceremony, then the procession of the graduates, after which the beginning of the ceremony was announced with a fragrant recitation of the Holy Qur’an. Then, the graduates’ speech, in which they expressed their thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, who paid special attention to the girls and directed attention to them in various fields. After that, the attendees watched a documentary film about the progress of PSAU and its branches and the most prominent achievements it has achieved.
Moreover, Prof. Abdulrahman Al-Talhi the President of PSAU gave a speech in which he stated that the university is seeking to achieve the goals and aspirations of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 according to an educational system that ensures the quality of education, the provision of energies and services for male and female students, and the refinement of their scientific and practical personalities in a manner that guarantees them creativity, innovation, and development in a way that contributes to raising the acceleration of progress towards higher ranks. He wished the graduates success, and that they would contribute to the development of the Kingdom by joining the labor market, making them partners in the country's growth and prosperity.
At the end of the ceremony, Princess Noura honored the graduates who received honorary degrees, and Her Highness received a commemorative shield on this occasion.
