On Thursday 13/4/1443AH, Prof. Abdulrahman Al-Talhi Rector of PSAU met with the university’s officials at the University City main Theater. The meeting witnessed the presence of the Vice-Rector, and Directors of the colleges and Supporting Deanships.
At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Al-Talhi expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to them for their tireless efforts. He said that the university is working to achieve the goal of enhancing the participatory role in work by investing its qualified human and scientific cadres. Rector added the university administration opens its doors to receive them when they encounter any obstacle in their career path, which in turn will work to address it immediately to improve the work environment. He stressed the importance of spreading job awareness and enhancing cooperation between officials and employees to take care of human capabilities and gains to serve them and benefit from them in a productive job environment and to overcome all the obstacles they face. He wished everyone good luck and progress in the name of the university.
After that, Rector received the audience questions, which were rich and touched on many aspects related to them in the presence and in the future.
It is worth noting that the meeting was held according to the directives of the Rector, in view of the importance that he attaches to communication and strengthening bonds of relationships between the university’s members. The meeting also aimed to show more transparency in dealing with employees in a way that guarantees them justice, equality, and access to information.
