Prof. Abdulaziz Al-Hamid Rector of PSAU inaugurated at his office the university’s new portal. The inauguration was in the presence of Vice-Rectors and the Dean of IT and Distance Learning, besides, the Deanship’s Vice-Deans.
Dr. Khalid Alnowaiser Dean of IT and Distance Learning delivered a detailed brief about the portal development stages and its new features.
Dr. Alnowaiser mentioned that the portal development came to meet the needs of the university community, which keeps pace with the latest technical and academic developments and open source electronic content management systems, in addition to improving the digital user experience at agencies, deanships and colleges' websites, as well as ease of access to electronic services, highlighting academic and research achievements and e-learning services.
On the other hand, Rector extended his thanks and appreciation to the Deanship of IT and Distance Learning and to all its employees for this great achievement, which is the digital interface of the university that enables university employees and visitors to view and benefit from the information and services provided through it.
