Dr. Bushra Al Hammad Vice-Rector of Female Student Affairs patronage the Introductory Meeting of the Business Performance organized by Deanship of Faculty Members and Staff Affairs on Monday 18/3/1440H In the theater of supporting deanships.
The meeting began with the national anthem and recitation of the Holy Quran. Then Dr. Al Hammed delivered a speech, in which she mentioned the importance of job performance and its impact on the progress of work and its impact to raise the level of staff to fit the university. She also thanked the Undersecretary of the Deanship and the staff for the efforts made to ensure the success of the training program during the previous period.
Furthermore, Dean of Faculty and Staff Affairs Dr. Areej Al-Tuwaijri delivered a speech, in which she welcomed the ceremony's dignitaries, college deans, assistant deanships. She also stressed in her speech the keenness of the Deanship to educate all employees, members and those concerned with evaluation, to perform their work and tasks at the required level.
The meeting aims at introducing the new regulation to evaluate the performance of the system and the applicable regulations to be applied in the current year 1440H. This is an extension of the Deanship's training of the vast majority of staff and evaluators, Where the number of trainees in the deanships and colleges in Al-Kharj, Dulm, Hawtha, Aflaj, Wadi and Al-Sailayl were approximately 1000 trainees within a month and a half. The training included the female Vice-Deans, heads of departments and directors of departments and employees. Training is continuing for the rest of the faculties either at the college's headquarters or through the electronic platform.
At the end of the meeting, everyone was thanked for their attendance and active participation. The program's trainers answered questions about the program at any time.
