PSAU congratulates the nomination of the student Ahmad Anzi Medicine student and Abdullah Askar student at College of engineering at Al Kharj. Their nomination came among 13 thousand applicants in the fellowship program “Qimam”. Also, the received the medal of the most remarkable students in the kingdom.
Qimam is a program aims at searching for and empowering the most promising Saudi university students and empowering them to achieve their professional aspirations. The program was launched in the month of Jamad II 1439 (corresponding to February 2018) and succeeded in attracting more than 13 thousand advanced university and university graduates in Saudi Arabia. After intensive assessments, 150 students were invited to conduct two interviews in Riyadh with each of them. These interviews were conducted by more than 50 leading figures from the public and private sectors. After completing the interview phase 50 students were accepted into the first batch of the program.
It is worth noting, that the Qimam program provides students who have been selected with a professional guidance by leading figures from the public and private sectors, leading training by professionals from prestigious companies, visits in Saudi Arabia to leading local and international corporate offices, granting them a membership and a medal of Qimam Program. All of which will be at a ceremony honoring their successful completion of the program. In addition, they will be able to share their CVs with leading executive figures in Saudi Arabia to facilitate their career opportunity.
