Deanship of Admission and Registrations announced the beginning period of receiving shifting applications, which will last to 1/9/1437H. The shifting applications are for the students who want to be transferred from another university to PSAU, from college to other college and from major to the major inside the university. It is worth mentioning, the displayed majors will be only that suit the student’s GPA, which is adopted by the Colleges Council.
The deanship clarified that shifting applications will be submitted electronically through the e-portal and there is no need personal attendance, except for students transformed from the universities. Students transformed from other university are required to bring the following documents:
- Transforming letter from his university.
- A copy of the national ID “male students”, a copy of family register “female students”.
- Certified copy of the academic register and sealed by his university.
- A copy of the High-School certificate.
The documents must be delivered to the Deanship of Admission and Registrations (Service Hall). In addition, the deanship will announce the shifting results after closing the shifting portal. The results will be built upon the available seats for each major and the highest GPA. It is worth noting, that the receiving of transformation application from other university does not mean the acceptance of the application unless the specialized committee approved it and notified the applicant. We would like to assure that the portal will be open until the students receive their GAP after the current exams.
