Deanship of Development and Quality at SAU executes on 20/11/1435H training programs named Faculty Preparation Program.
Dr. Saleh Al Kahtani Vice-Rector of Development and Quality clarified that the program lasts four days and it includes a meeting with Rector, Vices-Rector Dean of IT and Distance Learning, Dean of Staff Affairs and Dean of Admission and Registration. The program includes also a number of lectures and workshops that present the philosophy of academic education and characteristics of the students and faculty members. Besides that, a workshop will be delivered that views the most prominent modern teaching strategies and the effective methods in rectifying and supporting the students.
Dr. Al Kahtani added that the deanship aims to apply ways and means to develop faculty members and to train them on conducting scientific researches. Then, he assured that the deanship is keen to execute such programs throughout the academic year to achieve developmental objects that raise faculty efficiency.
