Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Asimi Rector of SAU sponsored the honoring ceremony of the first batch graduates from Dentistry College. The ceremony was held on the University City Theater in Al Kharj and in the presence of Vices- Rector, Deans, Faculty Members and students’ parents.
The Ceremony began with Verses from the Holly Quran followed graduates speech. Then, Dr. Nayef Dail Dean of Dentistry College delivered a speech welcoming the guests, and then he reviewed the college establishment stages. He also said that this achievement wouldn’t be done without the generous support of the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holly Mosques to all Saudi Universities.
“By a direct support of Rector we were keen to enhance the college outputs by providing distinguish faculty members and highly equipped labs. We consider this day a new beginning for developing the bachelor degree and the training program, and then we launch postgraduate studies.” Dr. Dail said.
Further, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Asimi Rector SAU delivered a speech began by congratulating the students and their parents. Then, he said that the university is keen to provide all what is needed to develop the college performance. Rector concluded by extending his thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holly Mosques and Dr. Khalid Angari for Minister of Higher Education.
Furthermore, Rector handed awards for the graduates, and then the graduates sworn the graduation oath. At the end of the ceremony, the graduates took pictures with their parents and Rector.
