PSAU launched the initiative "Your Certificate to Your Home ", which allows graduates to receive their graduation documents and academic records in their homes via the residential address. This service is paid by the university, in partnership with Saudi Post.
Dr. Abdulaziz Saqer Dean of Admission and Registration Affairs affirmed that the initiative to deliver graduation documents and academic records came with the support and guidance of Prof. Abdulaziz Al-Hamid Rector of PSAU, within the framework of the e-initiatives offered by the university in such exceptional circumstances, indicating that more than 2,900 graduates by the end of the second semester of the academic year 1441 H. They will benefit from this initiative.
Dr. Al-Saqer also stressed the need for the student to enter the data update portal to ensure that the name is updated in the English language according to the national identity or passport, and to ensure that the graduate student’s mobile number is correct, via the link:

He added, the service of “student clearance” will be launched electronically at the end of the final exams, through which the student can complete the procedures for clearance from the university without the need to visit the relevant authorities.
The Dean of Admission and Registration stressed the need to fill in the required data with high accuracy (mobile number, city, neighborhood, street and building number) when conducting electronic clearance so that the university can deliver the graduation document and the student’s academic record according to the student’s registered address, wishing all the graduating students success in Their scientific and practical life.
