Deanship of IT and Distance Learning is pleased to provide a number of services to faculty members, staff and students. Therefore, the deanship has built a Unified Login System, which is allow users to use one login name for all provided services. In order to use such services each user shall obtain a login name and password.
Obtaining Login Name process:
First: Faculty members and Staff.
Kindly fill the application from "here" and send it to your administration. After administration approval, login name and password will be sent to your e-mail and mobile provided in the application.
Note: The application require your bank account number.
Second: Students “soon”
Terms of Use:
1- Each member of PSAU shall be responsible for his login name and password.
2- User shall not give his password to others.
3- User shall change his password constantly in a period does not exceed 40 days.
General Terms:
1- E-mail ownership: all e-mails of Prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz University or any other e-mails that contain a clear sign to the University or to any of its internal administrations as well as e-mails that used to communicate between the University and other parts or for the internal communication, shall be owned by the University.
2- E-mail usage: each one of the University staff has the right to use exclusively one e-mail account. E-mail account shall be used only for facilitating tasks required from the University.
3- Personal correspondence: e-mail usage is restricted for tasks required to fulfill the University’s job. Therefore, e-mail account shall not be used for personal correspondence. We recommend using third party e-mail account regarding personal correspondence.
4- Creating e-mail account: each one of the University staff shall be provided by e-mail account after fulfill the required terms.
5- Canceling e-mail account: e-mail account of the employee shall remain active for seven days after quitting the University. After that, all received e-mails shall be redirected for 30 days to the new employee. This term is conditioned by informing the University with the new account, and then first account shall be canceled.
6- E-mail account privacy: with all respect of the employee privacy, the University shall has the right to reach such account in order to obtain the greater good, with no further responsibilities.
Note: in case of forgetting password, it will be sent to your personal e-mail after filling the forget password application.
