The Scientific Council of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University held its seventh session for the academic year 1442AH at ten in the morning on Wednesday 28/10/2020. The session was headed by Dr. Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim Al-Khudairi, Vice-Rector for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research. The Scientific Council has issued many recommendations regarding:
Approval of the appointment of a number of faculty members from scholarship who obtained a doctorate degree.
Approval of the promotion of a faculty member at the university to the rank of professor.
Approval of the promotion of a faculty member at the university to the rank of associate professor.
Approval of the formation of committees to examine the scientific production of a number of university faculty members applying for promotion to the ranks of professor and associate professor.
Approval of attending specialized training courses for a number of university faculty members
Approval of awarding distinction allowance bonuses to a number of university faculty members and the like.
Approval of the transfer of a number of faculty members and the like within the university.
At the end of the session, Prof. Al-Khudairi congratulated the members of the recommended faculty who obtained a doctorate, as well as those whose promotion was approved - for their academic achievements and wished them more success.
