The Scientific Council of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University held its third session for the academic year 1441H at 10:00 am on Wednesday. The session held under the chairmanship of Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Khudhairi, Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research. The Scientific Council has issued several recommendations on:
- Appointing a number of faculty members of scholarships who have obtained a doctorate degree.
- Promotion of a number of faculty members to the rank of Associate Professor.
- Disapprove the promotion of a faculty member to the rank of associate professor.
- Approve the formation of committees to examine the scientific production of a number of faculty members at the university.
- Approve the re-formation of the committees of arbitrators to examine the scientific production of a number of faculty members at the university.
- Approve a scientific communication report for the faculty member at the university.
- Approve a training course for a number of faculty members.
- Approve a full-time scientific leave to a faculty member.
- Approve the internal transfer of a faculty member.
At the end of the session, Dr. Al-Khudairi congratulated the appointed faculty members on this scientific achievement and wished them further success.
