Prof. Abdul Aziz Alhamid Rector of PSAU inaugurated on Thursday 21/7/1440 H the extension building of Humanities and Sciences College in Slayel “male students”.
The inauguration was attended by Dr. Abdullah Al-Jumaa, Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Ibrahim Al-Khudairi, the Vice-Chancellor of the University Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Saqr and a number of university leaders.
After cutting the opening bar, the Director and the accompanying delegation toured the building, which cost about five million and four hundred thousand riyals with an area of 2000 m 2. The building consists of four floors comprising 17 classrooms, 13 administrative offices, a chapel and a meeting hall.
Al Hamed noted the great role and attention paid by the wise leadership in the university education institutions in the Kingdom, including Prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz University, and its keenness to find all possible solutions to provide the ideal environment for university students.
He expressed his hope that this additional building will contribute to providing the educational environment that motivates the students and employees of the faculty and contribute to the development and improvement of the work.
Dr. Al-Hamed praised the distinguished efforts of the University Agency and the Project Management in completing such projects and preparing them in a timely manner.
